Property Management Administrator

Our client is a market leading Property Management (Factoring) company in Glasgow - due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Property Management Administrator to join their friendly team in a busy support role, managing admin tasks and liaising with clients!

This is an excellent opportunity for either someone with office based experience or those from strong customer service backgrounds, who would be keen to work and progress in the property market.

Based from their modern Glasgow offices your role will involve:

• Supporting a team of Property Managers
• Management of admin tasks for Property Managers
• Providing good customer service to clients via phonecall and email
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and others to organise work for PM’s
• Sending out correspondence to clients and suppliers
• Finance administration
• Email management and use of CRM system and other (Microsoft) IT packages

To be considered, candidates should have good office or customer based experience with solid all round IT/admin abilities in the major software packages. It’s important that you are a confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner, an organised approach, and the ability to work well in a busy team environment.

This can be a rewarding admin support role for someone or the basis for building a career in property, excellent career progression and training is available.

Full time permanent position – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm based in the centre of Glasgow with excellent salary and benefits package available!
