Property Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Bonus
An established and growing property business in Glasgow is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who enjoys managing a varied portfolio and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including HMOs.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Carry out routine property inspections.
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Handle tenancy queries and support the full tenancy lifecycle.
Requirements
- Previous property management experience is essential.
- HMO management experience is required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
