Property Manager - Factoring

Due to continued growth our client are recruiting for a PM to join their talented Glasgow team overseeing a portfolio of property developments, delivering great service to owners.

Looking after a deliberately smaller portfolio your duties will include:

• Being the main point of contact for clients within your portfolio – providing a proactive and professional service while building good customer relationships
• Ensuring a prompt response to all day to day issues at property developments, overseeing reactive repairs, providing updates and co-ordinating contractors
• Carrying out meetings with owners includers consulting with resident groups
• Carrying out regular property inspections
• Management of all service contractors to ensure standards are kept high
• Project managing longer term planned works including procurement of contractors and any insurance claims
• Resolution of any problems, billing issues and carrying out all connected admin

Candidates for this role should have previous experience in property with excellent customer service skills. It’s important that you enjoy building relationships and have an organised and professional outlook. Solid IT abilities and a driving licence is essential.
