Could you be our next Property Modernisation Co-ordinator within our Corporate Asset & Climate Change Team?

In this role you will lead on the review and modernisation of the Councils property assets. The review will consider existing and future service needs, property performance and modernisation of the estate which will inform the development of business cases for future investment decisions.

The role is expected to work collaboratively across the Council as well as with partners and other relevant external agencies and key stakeholders to develop and deliver property modernisation projects.

What we are looking for…

The ideal person for this role will be experienced in project management relating to property modernisation or service modernisation, experienced in the development of business cases and with strong stakeholder engagement skills, report writing skills and organisational skills. The ideal person will be enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable and committed to making a positive impact in their work.
