PSL Housing Administrator


Location: This post is based at Link’s Edinburgh office.


Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday


Contract: Fixed term for 12 months to provide support for additional workload


Salary: £30,319.00 to £38,254.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

C~urb PSL, which is part of Link Group, is looking for a PSL Housing Administrator who will deliver a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, by meeting customer needs at the first point of contact. Using their initiative to assess a situation, the postholder will resolve enquiries and requests for services in a confident and efficient manner.


The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Private Sector Leasing service in line with policies and procedures, to comply with the Letting Agent Code of Practice, Tenancy Agreement and PSL Contract Obligations.


The role involves working to prevent complaints and consistently applying procedures to record and resolve complaints whilst accurately maintaining the complaints log and escalating complaints when required.


About You

You will have proven experience of delivering excellent customer service and have excellent time management skills as well as the ability to plan effectively and prioritise workload demands so all deadlines and targets are achieved.


Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are essential for this role as well as the ability to work under delegated authority, with minimal supervision. Accuracy and attention to detail when entering data and following set guidance/procedures including Letting Agent Code of Conduct are required for this post.


The successful candidate will have a high degree of competency in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office and databases for data entry.
