Full Job Description
Serve Legal are recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client.
As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system. These visits are anonymous and observational only. You will never be required to test, challenge, judge or interact with venue staff as part of the role.
This is a part-time, flexible role which is ideal to fit around other work, education, family commitments or retirement. Work is allocated on a project basis, with auditors offered suitable opportunities based on their location and availability.
Why Join Us?
Flexibility
Work is available on various weekdays, evenings and weekends throughout the year. You decide which opportunities you would like to accept, allowing you to fit work around your existing commitments.
Competitive Pay
Auditors are paid per completed visit, with rates shown within individual listings. Reasonable travel expenses are covered in addition to audit fees.
Simple Visits
Each visit is quick and straightforward. You will typically visit a number of venues within a local area during a set time window, recording a small number of observations before moving on to the next location.
Varied Work
No two routes are exactly the same. Auditors visit a wide range of pubs, bars, clubs and hospitality venues across the UK, making each project slightly different.
Supportive Team
Our experienced Area Managers provide guidance throughout the process, ensuring you feel confident before completing your first assignment.
Further Opportunities
Many auditors begin with PubTV projects before progressing onto our wider range of auditing and mystery shopping opportunities across multiple sectors.
