Public Lighting Operative

Purpose: Work as part of the Lighting and Communications operational team to support the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of street lighting and associated infrastructure. Assist with maintenance, renewal, installation and fault response activities, undertaking manual, operational and support tasks to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Contribute to the delivery of street lighting, floodlighting, illuminated signs, traffic signals and other approved operational services across the area in accordance with Council procedures and safe working practices.

Full UK driving licence.
