Salary: £2,499.79 - £2,631.31 per annum
Hourly Rate: £13.87 - £14.60
Contract Duration: Permanent
Role Purpose
To work closely and co-operatively with teaching staff to support the needs of pupils identified as having additional needs. To support teaching and learning within the school in accordance with the current strategies and policies of Scottish Borders and in line with programmes being developed
Essential
No formal qualifications are required, but an acceptable standard of school education is desirable. Pupil Support Assistants will be required to undertake on the job training as and when available.
