  • Work collaboratively with families, teaching staff, and external agencies to support young people
  • Support pupils through key transitions, including P7–S1 and into positive destinations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Young People’s Plans, including GIRFEC (Getting It Right For Every Child) approaches
  • Promote inclusion, equality, and a nurturing ethos across the school.

Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this post.

  • A supportive leadership team and collaborative staff culture
  • Opportunities for professional learning and leadership development
  • A beautiful location in Perth & Kinross offering an excellent quality of life.

You will have:

  • A degree-level qualification
  • A recognised teaching qualification in Primary or Secondary Education (e.g. PGDE Primary, Secondary or equivalent)
  • Full registration with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), or eligibility for registration
  • Experience (or clear understanding) of pastoral care and pupil support systems within a secondary school
  • Membership of the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Scheme, or willingness to join.
