Onsite 5 days per week (hours 9-5, or 8.30-4.30)

Oliver Smith Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our key client in Paisley to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will ideally hold strong Accounts Payable experience in order to hit the ground running. 

Duties:

• Processing of high volume invoices
• Processing and logging expenses
• Performing statement reconciliations 
• Dealing with internal and external clients 
• Send out and retrieve invoices for approval 
• Support the Finance team where needed within transnational finance tasks 
• Assisting with general Ad-Hoc duties
• Managing the Finance Team email inbox
