Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Hamilton to hire a Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis.


We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive outlook, and embraces challenges with enthusiasm.


Duties will include:


  • Processing 100 invoices per day
  • Matching, batching, coding invoices
  • Dealing with queries
  • Supplier Statement Recs
  • Preparing Payment Runs
  • Liaising with Suppliers daily
