  • Matching, batching and coding supplier invoices
  • Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and to deadline
  • Completing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with BACS payment runs
  • Supporting CIS administration
  • Handling supplier queries and maintaining accurate ledger records

    We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a well-respected organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone with strong accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment., Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
  • Confident processing high volumes of invoices
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
