- Matching, batching and coding supplier invoices
- Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and to deadline
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with BACS payment runs
- Supporting CIS administration
- Handling supplier queries and maintaining accurate ledger records
We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a well-respected organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone with strong accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment., Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role - Confident processing high volumes of invoices
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
