Qualified Accountant

An exciting new role has arisen, due to continued growth, with one of our highly regarded, forward thinking CA Firms, to join their expanding, successful team as a qualified Client Accountant- Accounts/ Bus Advisory Senior, based in Glasgow- 35 hour week.

This role will suit an ambitious newly/recently qualified CA/ACCA keen to further progress and make their mark with good UK Practice accounts/general practice background seeking a broad varied role reporting to Manager/Director level, and working with a diverse range of clients, in a collaborative, friendly environment.

As a key member of the team you will have the opportunity to work with a wide and varying client portfolio, mentoring/supporting more junior individuals whilst further developing your career and technical skills. The role will focus on accounts- prep and review- portfolio management, but also involve basic related tax work, business advisory, ad hoc management accounts, projects etc.

Ideal person:

• Enthusiastic, client focused individual with current/recent broad UK Accountancy Practice Firm background covering accounts preparation, basic tax and general practice/advisory.
• Keen to work closely with clients as an all round advisor
• Team player with leadership potential and strong client and interpersonal skills
