Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures throughout all stages of project development, from planning to execution.
  • Conducting thorough inspections and testing of civil, drainage, and concrete works to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, test results, and compliance records for project reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Identifying and addressing quality-related issues promptly, collaborating with project teams to implement effective solutions and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Continuous Improvement:** Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to elevate project quality standards.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering within the civil engineering sector, with a focus on drainage and concrete works.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
