Your New Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support commercial activities across live and upcoming developments, working closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager. You will be involved in:

• Procurement and management of subcontractors
• Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control
• Preparing valuations and payment applications
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and housebuilding standards
• Contributing to efficient, profitable project delivery

This is a fantastic role for a QS who enjoys structure, clear processes, and the satisfaction of working in an organised, well-run commercial team.
