Quantity Surveyor

Kenton Black are hiring for a permanent, full time Senior Quantity Surveyor for their client, based in Dundee. The client is a respected tier 1 main contractor who specialise in new build & refurbishment construction projects up to £40m as well as social housing projects. Notable projects include student accommodation refurbishments, heritage building renovations, bespoke luxury residential, social housing and various small works contracts.

In your new role, you will manage the daily commercial functions across the project(s) assigned to you. Roles and responsibilities may include cost planning & budget management, procurement and subcontractor management, valuation and payment applications, commercial reporting and final accounts.

For this position, you must have at least 5 years experience within a similar role, ideally working within a main contract environment on projects valued over £5m. Ideally, your work experience is supported by a Degree in Quantity Surveying and continuous work experience thereafter. As reward, this position pays an annual salary of £65,000 - £72,000 per annum DOE + bonus + car package (EV scheme or allowance).
