Full Job Description

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Reception & Administration Support role, based in Aberdeen.

This is a temporary position for approx. 6 months initially, with potential for extensions, working part time hours (8am to 2.30pm Monday-Friday).

  

Main duties include:

 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, welcoming them to the building and ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls, providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort any mail / deliveries
  • Preparation and printing of all required materials
  • Provide hospitality and catering support as required
  • Provide customer service support
  • Assist with any applications required for staff (eg visa for overseas trips).
  • Maintain a tidy and well stocked front-of-house area
  • Compiling and updating lists of attendees for events / courses, ensuring accuracy of details
  • Any additional administrative duties as requested to support wider Customer Service team

 

Suitable candidates should have the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers on premises and over the phone
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Good organizational skills
  • Flexibility to help cover annual leave as required
