Full Job Description

  • Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/out procedures and guest services
  • Manage and train reception staff, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Liaise with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for smooth coordination
  • Monitor and maintain accurate booking records using hotel management systems
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates while implementing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures

  • The Person:
  • Previous experience in a front office or reception management role
  • Ambitious and hard working
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-first attitude
  • Proficiency with booking systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
