Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and managing the front desk operations., Greet and welcome landlords and tenants in a professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly - Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, emails - Schedule appointments and meetings - Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or visitors - Perform general office duties to support staff as needed.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in office administration or receptionist role preferred - Familiarity with basic clerical duties such as typing and data entry - Capability to computerise information accurately This Receptionist position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your skills will be valued.
