Full Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and multi-skilled Receptionist to become a valued member of our busy administration team, supporting Mental Health Services at the Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, Torbay Hospital., Youll be:
- The first point of contact for visitors, staff and callers, managing reception duties and handling a wide range of enquiries.
- Communicating confidently with a diverse range of services and individuals, building strong professional relationships both internally and externally
- Using a mix of manual and computerised systems, including room booking and patient records You'll help people feel supported from the moment they arrive by:
- Signposting staff and visitors to appointments and informing teams of arrivals
- Ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a well stocked, welcoming, accessible and professionally presented environment
- You'll also ensure that all communication and information handling meets strict patient confidentiality requirements. Why join us?
