Receptionist

Located on the banks of the world-famous Loch Ness, our village in Fort Augustus provides accommodation and support services for residents working in the area. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first person our residents and visitors meet, making a genuine difference to their experience every day. • Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and visitors
• Managing check-ins, check-outs and room allocations
• Answering calls and responding to enquiries
• Issuing visitor passes and supporting site security procedures
• Providing information on facilities, activities and local services
• Supporting resident wellbeing and creating a positive community atmosphere
• Completing administrative tasks and reports accurately
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
• Assisting with events and resident engagement activities
• Promoting a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
  
  Previous reception, customer service, hospitality or administration experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
