Full Job Description
Receptionist/Caretaker required on a permanent part-time basis, based at Fife House, Glenrothes., The role combines receptionist and caretaker duties, supporting daily building operations, assisting staff and visitors and ensuring the site remains safe, secure and well maintained.
Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent.
Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership - See 'How We Work Matters' Framework).
Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.
Communication skills.
Team working skills (work together).
You will be required to attend an induction training day before starting in post.

35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 6:00am - 1:30pm on a part-time permanent 52-week contract., You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 to £26,786.83 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:
£13.64 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work.
Pay is 4 weekly.
