Recruitment Coordinator

Hays is delighted to be working with a well-established organisation in Dundee to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team during a period of increased recruitment activity.
This role would suit an organised and proactive administrator with strong attention to detail and previous experience supporting recruitment, HR, or high-volume administrative processes.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the HR & Recruitment team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating interviews and assessment activities
• Managing candidate communications and responding to recruitment queries
• Posting vacancies across multiple platforms
• Maintaining accurate data within recruitment and HR systems
• Processing offer documentation and pre-employment checks
• Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Ensuring all recruitment administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
• Assisting with onboarding and new starter administration

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous administration experience within recruitment or HR
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Competency using Microsoft Office applications and database systems
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
