Full Job Description
With nearly 25 years of experience, our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent's European clinical supply services network. This 141,000 sq. ft. facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors' studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain® demand-led supply, clinical-scale commercial packaging, and QP release services., We have an opportunity for a Regional Supervisior, Global/ UK/EU to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support regional teams to ensure effective workload management and operational excellence. You will oversee master data activities, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements. This position offers the chance to collaborate globally and foster a high-performing team culture.,
- Lead and develop regional MDM, GOPP, and GOPD teams.
- Manage workloads, KPIs, quality, and operational performance.
- Oversee accurate master data, pre-production, and pre-distribution activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, change controls, deviations, and CAPA activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent processes and business continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and meet business objectives.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
Experience in MDM, supply chain, clinical trial materials, pharmaceutical operations, or a regulated environment. - Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of GxP, SOPs, change controls, CAPAs, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience. Preferred Skills & Background
- Experience with ERP, master data, clinical supply, or distribution management systems.
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical supply, or other regulated industry experience.
- APICS certification.
- Experience working within global teams and supporting operations across multiple regions and time zones.
- Flexibility to support occasional travel and business-critical activities outside standard working hours.
