The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to the Adult Social Care Team Manager.

Your working pattern is Monday to Friday, we are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.

The purpose of this role is to manage and lead the day-to-day operations of services provided by Older People’s Services, providing clear leadership and ensuring that the services are delivered effectively and efficiently and that in doing so an ethos of re-ablement is promoted.

Orkney Health and Care is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our residential care services.

This is a key leadership post responsible for the safe and effective delivery of high-quality care and support, ensuring that services are person centred, outcome focused and compliant with relevant legislation, standards and regulatory requirements.
