Registered Nurse

This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about quality care and wants to work as part of a professional, friendly team. As a night nurse, you will oversee the care of residents during evening hours, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort throughout the night.,

• Provide high-quality nursing care to older adults, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Administer medications, update care plans, and support residents with complex needs
• Lead the care team during night shifts, ensuring best practices are followed
• Act as a key contact for families and external professionals when required
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment
  
  A valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• A kind, professional, and proactive approach to nursing care
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
• Previous experience in elderly care is advantageous but not essential
