Full Job Description

  • Experience in Elderly care.

  • Registered Nurse with a Valid PIN

  • Evidence of knowledge relating to the care of older people in order to undertake the coaching and supervision of Senior Care and Care Assistants

  • Demonstrate a professional manner and appearance.

  • Demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate and motivate a team.

  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and handle emergency situations effectively.


    • You will need the following skills and qualities:
  • An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care.

  • Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.

  • A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.

  • A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis
