Full Job Description
We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses to deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality nursing care across a range of healthcare settings. You'll assess patient needs, deliver clinical care and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.,
- Assess, plan and deliver patient care
- Administer medication and treatments safely
- Monitor patients and escalate clinical concerns
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with wider care teams
- Deliver care in line with NMC standards
NMC registration - Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available
- At least 6 months' UK-based healthcare experience within the last 2 years
- Moving and handling experience
- Satisfactory DBS check
- Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
- UK driving licence preferred
