Registered Service Manager - Home Care Location: Montana Homecare, Falkirk Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £35,000 per year About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Service Manager to lead our Home Care service. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the development of a dedicated care team. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of the service. Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate, SSSC, and statutory requirements. Lead, support, and develop care and office staff. Monitor service quality through audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Support business growth and service development opportunities. About You Essential Requirements SSSC registered or eligible for registration. SVQ Level 4 in Care and Management.

Minimum 2 years' management or supervisory experience within a Care at Home setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in quality assurance, staff supervision, and person-centred care. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
