Registration Officer Citizenship and Systems

We're recruiting a Registration Officer Citizenship and Systems to join our Registration Service team.Our Registration Service supports residents through some of life's most important moments, delivering registration services, citizenship ceremonies, appointments and related customer services across Milton Keynes.This rewarding role combines specialist registration knowledge, customer service, systems management and service development.You'll play a vital role in ensuring citizenship ceremonies are delivered to Home Office requirements, supporting colleagues with specialist enquiries, managing key registration systems and helping residents access services quickly and efficiently.You'll also take the lead on important booking, income and customer systems that support the day-to-day operation of the service.As part of Milton Keynes City Council, you'll join an organisation that is dedicated, respectful and collaborative, working together to make our city a better place to live while
