Relief Assistant House Parent
Papdale Halls of Residence
Hours are offered on and as an when required basis
£15.45 / £15.88 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)
You will be reporting to the Registered Manager.
Your working pattern will be on an as and when required basis.
The purpose of this role is to assist in the provision of high-quality person-centred care to young people within Papdale Halls of Residence, in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedure, professional guidelines and social care principles. The postholder will assist children and young people, including those with additional support needs, resident in Papdale Halls of Residence, to develop independent living skills.
The necessary qualification, experience and skills required for this role are detailed in the ‘must have’ section of the attached job profile. These criteria are used for decisions on shortlisting and appointment of applicants.
This post is a regulated role with children and requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.
