Job Description

Live Life Aberdeenshire are looking for Relief Customer Assistants with excellent customers service skills to join our libraries and cultural team. The post requires willingness to work across a number of areas and have reasonable availability at short notice. This also includes Saturday working at an enhanced rate. You should also be confident with lone-working in a branch library.

As part of the team, you will assist in the provision of library services to the community. As well as having excellent communication skills, you will need good digital skills and the ability to work with all age groups. It is essential that you have a flexible approach and an enthusiasm for libraries and culture.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
