Full Job Description

  • Own and administer our core financial systems, including NetSuite today and FloQast and Ramp as they come online, covering configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health
  • Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce or remove them through automation
  • Partner with engineering on heavier automation builds and cross-system integrations
  • Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, defining and maintaining the rules and canonical definitions our systems rely on
  • Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform
  • Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting, translating their needs into system capability
  • Own financial-vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration
  • Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work

    3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration required
  • Experience with configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, workflows, custom records, custom fields, and automations
  • Experience with core NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and subsidiary / multi-location structures
  • Experience building SuiteFlow automations and managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem
  • Working understanding of core finance and accounting processes, including month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable / procure-to-pay, and revenue
  • Strong drive to eliminate repetitive manual work, with a demonstrated track record of automating it
  • Sound judgment about system configuration, cross-system integration, and source-of-truth decisions
  • Comfort with at least one of SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation
  • Ability to read and reason about integrations even when engineering builds them
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across finance and engineering teams
  • Fluent English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage
  • Bonus points for FloQast and/or Ramp administration experience
  • Bonus points for experience working against a central integration platform or in an event-driven environment
  • Bonus points for comfort using AI coding and automation tools in day-to-day work
  • Bonus points for depth in SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0, RESTlets, or NetSuite web services
