Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory


• Proficiency in English is advantageous


• Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations


• Proficient problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns


• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial
