Job Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in data proactively and lead the analysis to inform business decisions.


• Lead instrumentation on new features — defining tracking, success metrics, and guardrail metrics before deployment.


• Act as the analytical voice during product and commercial decision-making.


• Provide critical insights when data challenges or questions arise.


• Mentor other analysts and elevate the team’s analytical capabilities in SQL, experimentation, and storytelling.


• Own end-to-end analysis for a product area from scoping to recommendation with minimal guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced SQL skills.


• Strong understanding of experimentation methods — hypothesis design, A/B testing, multivariate testing, statistical significance.


• Proficiency in data storytelling and communicating insights effectively.


• Experience with Python or R for modeling or automation.


• Ability to adapt to different audiences and explain complex data concepts clearly.

of view on what to do about it. Spot opportunities in the data before anyone asks you to look. Lead instrumentation on new features - defining tracking, success metrics, and guardrail metrics before anything ships, not after Act as the analytical voice in the room when product and commercial decisions are being made. Be the person who's comfortable saying "I don't think that's what the data shows" Mentor other analysts and help raise the analytical bar across the team - in SQL, in experimentation, in how we tell a story with numbers The ability to own end-to-end analysis for a product area, from scoping through to recommendation, with minimal direction.
