Remote Talent Pool - Project Manager

Central Africa, notably Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Mozambique. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A LIVE VACANCY but an opportunity to register your interest in future Project Manager roles within our organisation. Project Managers play a central role in the successful delivery of projects across aid, security and development contexts, often in fragile and conflict-affected settings. End-to-end project management, from mobilisation to close-out Budget oversight, financial forecasting and value-for-money monitoring Risk management, including maintaining risk registers and liaising with security teams Oversight of monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting requirements Supporting recruitment, onboarding and people management where required Contributing to organisational learning and future opportunities We are keen to hear from Project Managers who bring strong technical

capability and the ability to operate flexibly in complex environments. Experience in project management within the aid, security and/or development sectors Experience managing projects funded by bilateral or multilateral donors (e.g. Strong budgeting, financial management and risk management skills Comfort working remotely across time zones and travelling to field locations Strong IT skills, particularly across MS 365, including Excel Languages: Fluency in English is required.
