Experteer Overview In this role you will support enterprise renewals by coordinating the end-to-end process, from onboarding to monthly tracking and stakeholder review. You'll work closely with account managers to maximise retention and demonstrate value through the ERMS. This position offers exposure to a high-impact project focused on improving customer satisfaction and driving growth through renewals. You'll join a collaborative team in a supportive culture with clear progression as the venture expands. Pay / Benefits
- Deliver verbal and written communications with account managers and suppliers Prioritise renewals based on the client Create a renewals module matrix outlining delivered activities per prioritisation category Maintain a renewals schedule tracking suppliers, renewal dates, owners, categories and stages Produce quarterly outcome reports showing savings, avoidance and value added from renewals Tasks Experience dealing with customers and handling their renewals Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Strong time management, attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with AMs and partners Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Key requirements Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home Flexible hours Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs Autonomy and supportive team Focus on diversity and inclusion
