Repairs and Voids Team Leader - 3 Months

Repairs and Voids Team leader required to support leading housing association based in Edinburgh city centre. (3 Months est)This role will have you overseeing 7 repairs and voids officers, providing them with support and guidance on
day to day operations. This role
The successful candidate will have a background in social housing, either from a local authority or similar housing association. Experience managing contractors and scheduling repairs and maintenance is essential. Strong leadership and people skills are required to negate the challenges that come with this role, therefore positivity and professionalism are at the forefront of this role.


This is an ideal role for an aspiring housing professional to develop their career within an industry-leading organisation.

This role is full-time in-office, Monday to Friday, 9-5, 35 hours per week. They are offering a strong hourly rate and public holidays.
