Full Job Description

  • Have previous experience working in a residential setting with young people or adults or personal relevant experience and the right values to make a difference

  • Have flexibility in the roles undertaken

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations

  • Support daily living tasks, activities, medication and accompanying our young people out in the community

  • Full driving licence

  • Obtained, or willing to work towards HNC / SVQ 3 in Heath & Social or equivalent

    We're looking for experienced Residential Childcare Workers to join our established team in Rutherglen. At Inspire Scotland we promote harmonious collaborative relationships between care professionals, children and young people, built on mutual respect, trust and unconditional appreciation.
