Pertemps are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive Temporary Part-Time Resourcer to join our team at our Glasgow office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has great administrative skills and is confident managing multiple tasks in a busy recruitment environment.

The Role

• Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Resourcer
• Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Start Times: Flexible 9:00am, 10:00am or 11:00am starts
• Location: Office-based

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Reviewing CVs and matching candidates to relevant opportunities.
• Conducting initial candidate pre-screening calls.
• Contacting candidates to discuss roles, availability and experience.
• Booking candidates in for interviews and coordinating interview arrangements.
• Updating candidate records and maintaining accurate recruitment databases.
• Providing general recruitment administration and support.
• Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day tasks.
  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail.
• Is confident speaking with candidates and building rapport.
• Can manage their workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good administrative and IT skills.
• Is proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
  
  

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or administration would be advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
