Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a background in food preparation and service.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including bartending and food safety regulations

This position requires candidates with a background in hospitality management or culinary arts. Experience in supervising restaurant staff is essential. A strong candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness within the restaurant environment.,
