Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Duties:


  • - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including, staff rota, staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. Good IT skills required to manage back office and ordering.

    - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness

    - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs

    - Train and mentor staff to provideand maintain our levels of service.

    - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service

    - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.

    - Liaise with owners to push forward continuous improvement ideas

    Proven experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction

    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

    - Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in the hospitality industry

    - Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment

    - Previous experience in bartending or hotel management is a plus
