Retail Administration Assistant

We are looking for a confident and organised individual who can work with a team delivering an exceptional customer experience for site visitors. You will assist in the full range of retail functions, including shop presentation, using EPOS reporting to maintain stock supply, implement merchandising plans and complete seasonal stock changeovers. You will liaise with the sales floor teams to share information about new ranges and promotions and assist the Visitor Services Supervisor in implementing new procedures and team training.

While predominantly based at The Helix, you will be expected to work at other locations as required. As employee of Falkirk Council you would be entitled to the following:

The post is part time, permanent (30hrs per week). The core hours are Monday - Friday during normal office hours. Five days per week 8am to 2pm. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland check.
