Retail Assistant (Seasonal)

You will spend time working within the 2 main retail and leisure premises'. We are open 7 days per week and shift patterns may include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Serving and assisting customers in store with sales and enquiries


• Replenishing stock regularly


• Creating effective and attractive retail displays to maximise sales


• Selling and promoting tickets for our woodland trails


• Processing stock and incoming orders


• Answering phone calls and customer emails


• Providing exceptional customer service


• We also have a small farm park site which involves elements of basic animal care for interested candidates.

• 1 year retail experience., Reliable and able to work well in a busy environment


• Pro-active and able to use own initiative


• Good team player and communicator

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
