Retail Customer Service Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our petrol filling station and convenience store. About the Role As the face of our store, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll support the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring everything operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Processing transactions accurately at the till
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store standards
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the smooth operation of the forecourt and store

• A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• Must be aged 18 or over (due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements), You're enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused, with a can-do attitude. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering a great service every time.
