Full Job Description

  • Have a strong retail floor presence, as enjoying this environment is essential.

  • The successful candidates will:
  • Be trained thoroughly to become a Ramsdens product expert.

  • Be supported by your Branch Manager and Area Manager.

  • Take ownership to lead and coach your team.

  • Inspire the store team to promote our jewellery collections, ensuring that the team have exceptional brand and product awareness.

    Previous experience of supervising a team.

  • Experience working in a retail sales / jewellery / financial services environment.

  • A basic level of IT skills.
