An exciting apprenticeship opportunity through Babington has arrived for New Look Retailers Limited. If you are looking to progress a career in Retail. This position will give you an insight to all aspects of Retail which will include providing excellent customer service, processing click and collect orders, working in the changing rooms, merchandising in different departments, working on the tills, getting to know products in all departments by changing areas where you work on a regular basis. Along with learning all about New Look's policies and procedures you will be working towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Retail; this qualification covers areas such as health and safety, teamwork, customer service and sales. There are a wide range of optional units reflecting the diversity of the sector and the multi-channel nature of the modern retail business.

For this position you must have good communication skills, be confident in communication, enjoy fashion, be reliable, digital minded, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and be willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across all channels.


• Process click and collect orders accurately.


• Assist in changing rooms and merchandising across departments.


• Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently.


• Learn and follow New Look policies and procedures.
