About the Role

This is the largest of our Krispy Kreme stores - offering customers the full experience: dine-in, drive-thru, and, of course, our famous Hot Light. It's where doughnut magic meets customer connection, and it could be the perfect place to kickstart your career.

As a team member, you'll rotate across key areas - from welcoming drive-thru guests and serving dine-in customers, to keeping the store in top shape and being part of the action when the Hot Light is on.

Our stores typically open from around 7am and close around 1am, so some shifts may involve lone working, especially during early mornings or late evenings. That's why we require all applicants to be 18 or over and confident working independently when needed.

We provide full training, so no experience is needed - just bring your energy, great customer service skills, and a drive to master your craft as part of the Krispy Kreme family.

What You'll Be Doing

Join the team that brings smiles (and doughnuts) to life! As a team member, you'll:

• Welcome every guest with a friendly face and genuine warmth
• Serve up our delicious doughnuts and drinks with confidence and care
• Recommend your favourite flavours and help guests find theirs
• Keep the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready for the next rush
• Jump in where needed - from the till to the display, and everywhere in between
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Is 18 or over (due to lone-working responsibilities)
• Is seeking part-time hours, primarily involving closing shifts and weekend work
• Is available throughout the week, Monday to Sunday
• Is a natural team player with a passion for making someone's day
• Is positive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves
• Is dependable, enthusiastic, and brings good vibes wherever they go
