Full Job Description
As a Grade 2 Sales Assistant at Majestic Wine, you will support the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as a key holder and brand ambassador, sharing product passion to build customer loyalty and hit store KPIs., Licence Requirement: Essential to hold a full UK manual driver's licence for at least 12 months, as local van deliveries are a core duty.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Service: Drive revenue by offering a VIP concierge service, conducting product tastings, and using product knowledge rather than discounts to sell.
Store Operations: Manage stock merchandising, maintain internal and external store standards, and handle opening/closing compliance as a key holder.
Deliveries & Outreach: Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers and actively make sales calls to existing clients.
Salary & Hours: £13,218.40 per annum | Permanent, 20 hours per week (must be available for evenings and weekends).
