Retail Supervisor – Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Ninewells Hospital, Dundee

Hours: 7:00am – 8:00pm, 7 days a week (flexible shifts, including alternate weekends)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our vibrant and fast-paced take-away located within Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail food and confectionary/food/drinks operations, who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily takeaway operations to ensure excellent service and smooth workflow
• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during busy shifts
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory checks
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the takeaway Manager in training and onboarding new team members
